Mexico (Decaf)

Crafted with water from the towering sierra of Mexico, this 99.9% caffeine-free blend is made with sweet-tasting Bourbon, Caturra, Typica, and Catuaí beans grown aroud 1,000m. With low altitude comes large beans & smooth coffee with a mellow acidity. Our decaf comes from smallholder producers in the San Cristobal de las Casas and Yajalón buying stations in northern Chiapas, not far from Tuxla Gutiérrez.
